What this code means
The control is not detecting a normal connection to the keypad or human-machine interface. F2E0 identifies a disconnected keypad circuit; F2E2 is used when the keypad is disconnected from the HMI assembly.
Most likely causes
- A loose ribbon cable or connector between the keypad and display electronics
- A damaged keypad membrane or touch-panel assembly
- Corrosion, cleaner or moisture in the control-panel area
- A failed user-interface board

- Disconnect power at the breaker for five minutes and retry once.
